My work combines the life forms of fungi with discarded waste encountered in nature, exploring a new symbiosis between humans and non-human entities. The compositions are primarily composed of lines that trace entangled networks of life, highlighting how human-made materials and natural forms become interwoven in processes of repair and regeneration.

Underfoot explores the overlooked world beneath our feet. Inspired by a close observation of dried grass, the painting magnifies an ordinary fragment of ground until it becomes an intricate web of intertwined forms. Through shifts in scale and colour, the familiar is transformed into something unfamiliar, inviting viewers to imagine the hidden complexity of the world underfoot.
